- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the order delivery date.
The product must contain at least 90% of the original quantity to be eligible.
All return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
Delivery charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged orders.
Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges for exchange orders.
Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are non-refundable, as they are provided solely for fragrance testing purposes.
Orders with a total value above Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged.
